M2 Crosstraining: Mobility + Movement

Cross the boundary between strength training and yoga!

M2  Crosstraining programs provide an interdisciplinary approach to fitness. M2 programs explore concepts of mobility and movement by crossing the boundaries of strength training and yoga. Each session will deconstruct a complex movement pattern into its most basic foundational skill prevalent in both disciplines. A brief educational lecture regarding the anatomy and biomechanics of the movement pattern will provide insight into the mobility required for the skill, contraindications, and modifications. Custom training and practice techniques will then be provided to develop the skill relative to your unique structure and movement repertoire.


4 Mondays at 7pm; space limited to 10, minimum 4.

Meet Juan

Juan Anguiano’s education offers a synthesis of yoga, massage education, personal training, and athletic training to Castle Hill clients. Juan has more than 15 years of experience applying a therapeutic perspective of yoga for diverse populations from children to seniors from sedentary to athletic.  Juan is currently in his final year of athletic training in the nationally recognized program at the University of Texas at Austin. Through the convergence of his trainings in yoga, massage, personal training, and athletic training Juan is able to provide eastern and western perspectives to help his clients reach their personal fitness goals.
