12 to 1 p.m. Mondays (Aug 31st - Sept 21st; Sept 28th - Oct 12th)
OR 7 to 8 a.m. Tuesdays (Sept 1st - 15th; Sept 29th - Oct 13th)

This class format uses progressive interval training, where we increasing the cycle length as the fitness improves, thus gaining fast results on strength endurance and conditioning.
