Crafting safe and intelligent yoga sequences is a true art. Whether developing a home practice or looking to advance your teaching strategies, join us for this all-levels workshop as we guide you through the principles and practices of sequencing to a peak pose and to a physical or spiritual theme. You will leave with an understanding of the basics of alignment, the components to breakdown and warm-up for more advanced asanas, and the formulas to create an effective sequence. Students will have the opportunity for in-class practice and will leave with their own original sequence to take home.
