Hands-on-Healing: Master the Art of Assisting

Are you a yoga teacher anxious about giving hands-on guidance in class? Are you a student who loves hands-on assists and wants to deepen your practice?

Join us for an immersion weekend that will combine asana practice, discussion of principles for good assist and experience giving and receiving assists. Saturday you will gain basic guidelines to assist any pose and the ability to provide an environment of support and healing for students. Sunday we will dive deeper into the art of assisting, learning hands-on support for more poses and practicing the subtle yet power energy work that goes into giving incredible assists. Sign up for one day or the whole weekend, discover the power of touch, and develop your own energetic intuition and inner healer.

Open to teachers, aspiring teachers, and students of all levels and yoga styles. CEU credits through Yoga Alliance.
