B.K.S. Iyengar developed a wide range of props to enhance our yoga poses and make yoga accessible to anyone and everyone. One of the more popular and readily available props is the chair. Come see how a chair can improve your asana practice by helping you to achieve and maintain correct alignment, stay longer and relax in the poses, and achieve difficult poses that may be hard to practice independently of props. Let the chair help deepen your understanding of the yoga postures. Open to all levels.
