FEEL THE BURN IN THIS STRENGTH BUILDING SERIESthat combines Pilates principles and traditional strength training movements. Using the Kinesis cable machines and the Total Gym, participants will improve strength, function, and balance over the course of 4 weeks. This series is perfect for someone curious about Pilates or looking to supplement their current cardio and strength routine.
