Ashley loves helping people achieve their goals through Yoga and Pilates. She is drawn to both mind-body disciplines for their strengthening, grounding, and nervous system-regulating properties. Her career began in 2006 as a Pilates instructor and was certified through Peak Pilates Core Connections program through the Pilates Center of Austin. In 2015, she completed her 200-hour Hatha-based Yoga Teacher Training in Austin, TX. Ashley has a variety of certifications such as Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga, and specializes in the Foot.
Ashley loves helping people feel empowered in movement practices and is passionate about working with the post-rehabilitative population as well as athletes such as climbers. Clients describe Ashley's teaching style as skillful, intuitive, and caring. She has a genuine curiosity for functional movement and how it relates to health and considers herself a lifetime student of learning about the mind-body connection.
