YOUTH & TEEN GIRL FITNESS

Research indicates that children who engage in healthy exercise are more likely to continue to be active as adults and yet only an estimated 51.6% of high schoolers go to physical education classes. Our youth and teen fitness specialists are ready to create exercise programs that are geared specifically towards a younger client. These programs are designed to improve coordination, body awareness, strength, and endurance while having fun in a supportive environment.

PRE-NATAL & POST-NATAL FITNESS

Our Castle Hill Fitness team can help you prepare your body for pregnancy and childbirth, as well as aid in the recovery postpartum process. We offer an array of maternity services that are meant to help alleviate stress and physical pain. Our team will focus on building core and overall strength while your body transforms through all the stages of pregnancy and into motherhood.

DIASTASIS

Diastasis Recti is a common core condition where the muscles of the abdomen separate. This separation causes pain, discomfort, and possibly some serious health problems. While traditionally thought of as a post-natal condition, Diastasis Recti also occurs in Olympic or Crossfit style weightlifters, and people who are struggling with obesity or mid-section weight gain.
