Originally from Finland, Veera utilizes a variety of movement, holistic nutrition and daily meditation practices.  She incorporates fun exercises and promotes a health body image.  Veera's specialties include: people of all ages who are starting or coming back to exercise;  young women looking for exercise and nutrition guidance; and as a former competitive volleyball player - she provides performance training for competitive athletes in sports such as tennis, volleyball, golf and ice skating.
 
Veera is a passionate Holistic Nutritionist. Since gut health affects the whole body, her guidance will make you feel better inside and out! Veera shares her knowledge, encouragement and inspiration in training and exercise classes so that her clients may experience more joy in their everyday life!

Rise and shine in this alignment based, mindful flow class. We meet on the back patio at CHF 360. Warm up the body, connect consciously with your breath. Leave feeling centered, invigorated and ready to meet your day!

Outdoor pod classes are small group workouts that allow us to sweat alongside others but in a physically distant way. Each outdoor class is limited to 9 people with plenty of room to work out. Bring your own mat and props, if you prefer to use your own.

We are going to try our best to anticipate the weather. But, remember, this is Texas Y'all!

Inclement weather policy: classes will not meet if the rain chance is 70% and/or if the temperature is under 50 degrees. Any class cancelled due to weather will be refunded. You will be notified the night before.

Cycle Barre combines the heart pumping cardio you love from spin class with the muscle burning, booty tightening moves you love from barre class. Students must wear sneakers to make the transfer from bike to “barre” easier. All Levels
