Melissa began her love of fitness at an early age as a medal-winning student athlete. She has continued to build a powerful personal regimen through ongoing training and competition in triathlon and half marathons around the country.

It’s ALL about the beat in this fun-filled cardio and strength class. This twist on the traditional Rhythm Ride class will challenge your endurance on the spin bike plus increase full-body muscular strength with off-the-bike weight moves. Students must wear sneakers to make the transfer from bike to floor safe. All levels
In-person pod classes are small group workouts that allow us to sweat alongside others but in a physically distant way. Each pod class is limited to 4-6 people and each participant is in a pod with partition walls, their own equipment and sanitation supplies, and an air filter.
Members can sign-up 2 days in advance, and cancel up to 4 hours before class start time. Pod classes are included for VIP/VIP Plus members and a la carte for everyone else. Masks and temperature checks are required.
