Ashtanga Mysore *separate program pass
 Juan Anguiano | Juan Anguiano, E-RYT 500, ACE-CPT is dedicated to transmitting the Ashtanga Vinyasa method according to the teachings of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. Many years of practice and dedication have affirmed his confidence in the wisdom of learning Ashtanga according to abilities and not the demands of the ego. His teaching style illuminates the importance of setting and accepting limits in the practice so that patterns present throughout Ashtanga are understood and connected into an enjoyable harmony of movement and growth.
Juan first experienced yoga as a child when he was introduced to some pranayama techniques to help with severe childhood asthma. He began practicing yoga asana in his late teens and explored various styles of yoga with nationally and internationally known prominent yoga teachers. He experienced Ashtanga Yoga around age twenty-one on his travels in California. Juan is a direct student of Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Rangaswamy and brings more than fifteen years of experience teaching yoga and mentoring and training budding yoga teachers. Juan has established successful Mysore-style programs in Dallas and the first successful Mysore-style program in Austin, Texas at Castle Hill Fitness in 2005.
Juan became more dedicated to other forms of fitness when he purchased his first Pinarello road bike from the Castle Hill Cycles and began triathlon training with Castle Hill personal trainers. Juan’s dedication to embracing other forms of fitness led him to obtain his personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise in 2010. He is a firm believer in integrating yoga and western styles of fitness. He is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology through the University of Texas at Austin. He is working toward a degree as an Athletic Trainer which will allow him to specialize in preventing, diagnosing and treating muscle and bone injuries and illnesses for athletes and the general population. His professional goals are to further synthesize the practice of yoga, sports and general wellness through practice, scientific research, and study.

 Juan Anguiano Ashtanga Mysore
Mysore style engages students in a self-paced, individualized practice in a group setting. This class format allows for each student to move at their own pace and to receive adjustments from the teacher. Beginners are welcome. Fridays are a program specific Led Primary class, but students can also practice Mysore in the back of the class. Mixed Levels

Yoga for Athletes COMMUNITY CLASS
 Ari Witkin | Ari Witkin is an experienced yoga teacher, leading vinyasa style classes. His classes are challenging, yet bring balance throughout the whole body. In addition to his yoga practice, he is an avid runner and multi-sport athlete, competing in various running, swimming, triathlon, and IRONMAN events.
Additionally, Ari is the Community Affairs Director for Conley Sports and The LIVESTRONG Austin Marathon and Half Marathon where he serves as the primary liaison with neighborhood, religious, business, civic, non-profit, educational, and governmental groups to facilitate and expand community engagement. He is also the Managing Director of 26 Miles for 26 Charities, the philanthropic organization of the marathon that brings together 26 different Austin area non-profits. Having served as an Analyst for the Texas House of Representatives and Senior Associate at The Brookings Institution in Washington, DC, Ari brings a wealth of public affairs experience to Conley Sports

 Anne Schultz | Anne-Marie Schultz is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor. She has practiced yoga since 1994 and has taught yoga since 1997. She currently studies locally with Devon Dederich and Peggy Kelley. Anne-Marie regularly attends workshops and teacher training sessions with senior instructors in the Iyengar tradition. She studies most closely with Laurie Blakeney, Patricia Walden, Eddy Marks, Mary Obendorfer, and George Purvis. In 2007, she spent a month studying at the Iyengar Institute in Pune, India and plans to return in 2014 for a two month stay. Anne-Marie also has a PhD in Philosophy and directs the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core at Baylor University.

 Sam Rice (Website) | Sam Rice has been teaching yoga since 2006. Sam is a RYT-500 and E-RYT-200 hour Hatha yoga instructor. Sam is a graduate of the Live the Light of Yoga programs designed by Christina Sell and Darren Rhodes. Christina Sell and Darren Rhodes are her primary teachers. Sam leads public classes, workshops, and teacher trainings both locally and nationally.
Sam Rice is a student first and foremost, and aims to share the knowledge she has gained over the years through dedicated study and practice. The endless well of discovery is what brings Sam back to the yoga mat, and what keeps her inspired to teach. She is known for her refreshingly real and raw approach to the practice of yoga, intelligent sequencing and precise alignment details. Sam enjoys helping students explore their edge while holding a boundary of safety, for in that space is infinite potential.  Matt Borer (Website) | Matt is a full time yoga instructor mainly in the Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow traditions. He likes to call his style of instruction "yoga mutt:" taking a little bit of information from every resource possible and integrating it into each class. With over 12 years of personal practice and over 6,000 hours of teaching time, there is a lot of experiential knowledge combined with compassion and patience to be had in his classes. You will laugh as hard as you work and will enjoy a wonderful sense of community, friendship, and self awareness throughout the process. When not teaching, Matt can be found here in Austin playing music, two-steppin, and rock climbing wherever there is available rock!  Anne Haskett (Website) | As a native Texan born and raised, Anne has been practicing yoga for 10 years. Originally, she studied Pralaya yoga with Robert Boustany in Houston. Then, she became a certified Vinyasa teacher in Austin with Gioconda Yoga. After completing Anusara Prenatal Yoga Training in 2011, she most recently accomplished Advanced Forrest Yoga Teacher Training in April 2012 and Forrest Yoga Foundations Training November 2012. Anne holds a B.S. in Psychology, is a volunteer doula, and lives an actively adventurous lifestyle. Anne's classes inspire and deepen the attention to the body. In a playful and safe environment, we will breathe, sweat, and create a new love affair with our core.
