The SwimEx pools sold by Castle Hill Specialized Fitness are sold AS IS with no warranty of any kind provided by Castle Hill Specialized Fitness. However, be assured that the pools are in excellent working condition and had very little use in the past four years. As you know we have maintained them very thoroughly as evidenced by the consistent quality of the swimming in them.

Please be advised that due to high interest in those pools we will take bids from different interested parties, the pool will go to the highest bidder.
The terms of purchase will be as follows:
1. $1,000 down payment will be required to enter into a purchase agreement, which will be only refundable in the event that we are not able to take out the pool out of our building in good condition.
2. Remaining balance is due prior to the pickup of the pool by the buyer.
3. We can not provide any kind of financing for this purchase.
4. Freight out from Castle Hill Specialized Fitness is responsibility of the buyer and is not included in the selling price. The pool will need to be picked out from outside Castle Hill Specialized Fitness within 48 hours of its availability, as we can not provide storage on our cramped premises.
5. Installation of this pool is the sole responsibility of the buyer; however, upon entering into the purchase agreement, buyer will receive complimentary 1-hour consultation by Castle Hill Specialized Fitness at the buyer’s location.
If you are interested in purchasing one of these pools, please reply with your best bid by Friday November 30, as we will award to the highest qualified offer received by 5pm that day. We have a list of approximately 30 potential buyers. Pools should be available for pick-up by the second week in December. Pools can be stored outside as they are designed for indoor or outdoor use.
