Hi Friends! Couples that sweat together WIN together! Introducing P.A.C.T., our newest program designed for partners to test their physical and mental strengths. Join Erin Truslow and her partner in crime, Adam Reardon, as they take you through a twice weekly workout that uses your brains and brawn. Each session will contain brain boosting cardio, core, and strength exercises done in a partner style fashion and will end with an Adventure "race" to test each team's limits! A recent Duke University review of studies found that cardio work improves attention, brain-processing speed, and memory. So don't worry if those trivia questions come after a round of plank/cross jumps (pictured below). Sign up soon!
