Bear Hamrick

Bio/Qualifications
For fourteen years, Bear has been helping people find themselves through the power of a unique style of message therapy and energy work.

During your time with Bear your being will not only experience a new level of nurturing, acceptance, unconditional love, and healing compassion, but also a customized massage tailored to your needs. Bear is a registered massage therapist and graduate of Lauterstein-Conway Massage School with specialties in Deep tissue, injury repair (including chronically locked or frozen areas), reflexology, stretching, and even pregnancy massages.

People store the memory of emotional duress, trauma, fear, anger, stress, abandonment, rejection, abuse, and other harmful energies in the cells of their bodies. These negative emotional memories become stagnant in their bodies memories. They begin to show up in different forms of symptoms that they can’t figure out where the source is. The healing touch of Bear’s massage therapy can help a person release these memories and begin to feel better immediately. You deserve to feel good about yourself and have a healthy happy life.

John Steinle

Bio/Qualifications
For over a decade, John has been an advocate of proper nutrition and holistic living. He received his massage training in 1997 from New Creation Massage School here in Austin. He has also studied Myofascial Release and Reflexology. A client of his succinctly described John's style of massage as "gentle yet powerful, addressing deep tissue through finesse instead of force. He is remarkably effective."

Statement/Philosophy: People's bodies and their needs for massage can vary greatly. It is my intent to have open communication with my clients to ensure that we meet their specific goals. One invaluable skill that I strive to apply fully to each person is my ability to listen.

Julie Horvath

Bio/Qualifications
Julie Hagey is a  Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in pregnancy/postpartum massage, deep tissue/sports massage as well as relaxation techniques. She believes in the importance of self care from 'head-to-toe, skin-to-bone, inside-to-out' – total being wellness. Julie stresses the importance of "nutritious muscles" that have the opportunity for injury recovery, detoxification, flexibility and restoration.  In addition to this, her pregnant massage clients know that she is experienced in labor support and serves as a doula (birthing companion) at local hospitals.

She loves to encourage anyone involved in the birthing process.  Design your session to tailor fit your body's needs. Physical pain? Mental stress? While stress or pain may bring you in, allow the healthy results to keep you coming back!
