Improve circulation and decompress your spine with our Teeter® Power VI table
Teeter® Power VI table
Easy to use with one touch controls and an ergonomic ankle clamp, the Teeter® Power VI Inversion Table ensures that you are safely secured throughout the duration of your exercises. With clamps at your ankles, the Teeter® Power VI Inversion Table allows you the freedom to re-align, decompress, stretch and train core body muscles to achieve a total body inversion experience and maintain a better body.
What are the benefits?
Stress and tension can cause muscle spasms in the back, neck and shoulders, as well as headaches and other problems. Tense muscles produce spasms and pain by reducing the supply of oxygen and by reducing blood and lymph flow, allowing the accumulation of waste chemicals in the muscles.
Inverting yourself for even a few minutes can help relax tense muscles and speed the flow of lymphatic fluids which flush out the body's wastes and carry them to the blood stream. The faster this waste is cleared, and fresh supplies of oxygen are introduced, the faster stiffness and pain in the muscles can disappear.
Inversion can also help to encourage good posture. When inverted, your body is in line with gravity. Your spine wants to naturally go to it proper form (a gentle "s" curve). A regular program of inversion can help you to maintain proper posture and keep your body in balance.
The DEX decompression & extension™ inversion system provides all of the benefits of inversion while holding the user in the 90/90 position, also known as hip-support inversion. Some believe this is the optimum position for decompression, because it puts no strain on the ankles or the knees and straightens out the lumbar arch. From this position the user is in a body position relevant to gravity that maximizes muscle performance during back extensions while helping to prevent hyperextension.
Improving upon the traditional roman chair, the unique design actually reduces the load on the hamstrings by placing the knees in the relaxed 90° position, rather than forcing less-effective, straight-legged exercises.
