How does a SwimEx compare to a lap pool and how fast do the pools go?

Compared to a lap pool, a SwimEx forces an athlete to recognize certain stroke deficiencies, as well as presents a means to improving technique. The physical proximity to the swimmer allows for hands-on adjustments that is unmatched in a regular lap pool.
