Ashtanga Mysore Traditional Morning Program  with Juan Anguiano

6:30 to 8 a.m. Mondays - Fridays; 8:30 to 10 a.m. Sundays
We are excited to offer an early morning Ashtanga Mysore (Sun-Fri) practice at Castle Hill. Offered 6 days a week, this program invites you to delve deep into your yoga practice while paying respect to your busy modern life by offering alternate pricing packages. Watch as your practice grows in a safe, supported, semi-private environment.

*Mysore style engages students in a self-paced, individualized practice in a group setting. This class format allows for each student to move at their own pace and to receive adjustments from the teacher. Beginners are welcome. Fridays are a program specific Led Primary class, but students can also practice Mysore in the back of the class. Mixed Levels
