Then this transformative series with Mandie will empower you to become the true pilates athlete that you are!

The intermediate level in Pilates is where you begin to dive into that "workout" feel while maintaining the artistry of pilates in its true form. Mandie has been teaching this transition for years and is ready to see you make the leap! This ten week series will give you a thorough education into the intricacies of the intermediate work on all of the machines. It is perfect for the adventurous Pilates student that is injury free.
