Castle Strength! A Functional Strength Series

This series is a low impact option for building strength and staying fit for the long haul (aka LIFE). Each week Rachael takes you through a total body functional strength workout using body weight, free weights, and bands. Functional training, if performed correctly, will lead to better joint mobility and stability, a more efficient motor patterns in addition to overall strength. Improving these factors decreases the potential for an injury sustained during all types of activities from sports, to chasing grand-kids, to carrying groceries or moving boxes. Build up your own personal longevity with this series!
