If you are brand new to fitness or if you have been focusing your fitness efforts on cardio, yoga, or Pilates and are interested in adding some strength training to the mix, let Jess help you find your POWER in what often times feels like the most daunting part of the gym. Don't worry, it's not as scary as it looks and after this series you'll lift like a BOSS.

This small focused group will provide you with an entry level strength training plan. We will focus on mastering the basics and understanding strength training theory, leaving you educated, prepared, and confident to navigate the weight lifting world on your own!
