6 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays*, May 12th – May 29th
Ladies, we are recruiting YOU to get those long and lean muscles in this morning series! Jessica is back from maternity leave and joining Hilary for a 4 day a week early AM boot camp with style. Sculpting moves + cardio blasts with weight loss tips mixed in the conversation will give you a 3 week transformation. For safety you do need to be injury free and working out for at least 6 weeks prior. Let Hilary and Jessica help you reach your fitness goal in a motivating yet supportive female only environment!
