Handstands 101

Learn the fundamentals and experience the exhilaration of standing on your
hands! In this 2-hour workshop, we will explore techniques, strength-building
exercises, progressions and fun partner work for handstands. Whether you
have never gone upside down and perhaps are scared to, or have a regular
handstand practice and want to take it to the next level, this workshop will
help you build confidence, awareness, and strength to invert. This workshop is not appropriate for students with high blood pressure, glaucoma, or pregnant
women who do not already have a handstand practice.
