Join Master Pilates Instructor, Desi Koome, and explore the versatility of the Wunda Chair. The Wunda Chair is an essential piece of equipment in any Pilates Studio. It is excellent for not only strengthening the core muscles, but also the arms and legs. In this 2 hour Intermediate to Advanced level workshop, Desi will guide you through a number of exercises, as well as, provide tips to mastering this simple yet effective piece of equipment.
