moving carriages, and springed paddles giving you instant feedback, assistance, and new levels of awareness
in certain yoga postures.Come to this 2 hour workshop with a sense of exploration, experimentation, and fun and you will leave invigorated with a handful of new sensations and connections to bring back to your yoga mat. This workshop will also be great for Pilates practioners looking to explore yoga. The first hour will cover basic Pilates education of moving on the machines, while the second half we will begin an in depth application of yoga to the Pilates machines.
