Learn the fundamentals and experience the exhilaration of standing on your hands! In this 4-week series at Castle Hill Fitness, we will explore techniques, strength-building exercises, and progressions for handstands. Whether you have never gone upside down and perhaps are scared to, or have a regular handstand practice and want to take it to the next level, this series will help you build confidence, awareness and strength to invert.This series is not appropriate for students with high blood pressure, glaucoma, or pregnant women who do not already have a handstand practice.
