Asana Lab: Standing Poses

Ever struggle with a pose in class and wish for more time to explore it? Asana Lab gives you 5 weeks to go deep into the subtleties of groups of postures such as standing poses, hip openers, arm balances (like handstands!), backbends and inversions.

The first 5-week series is all about building a solid foundation through your roots: your feet and legs. Build strength and confidence through timed holds an refinement of standing poses such as Warriors 1, 2 and 3, triangle pose, side angle pose and many others.
