Total Body Blitz!  with Hilary

7 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, Sep 3rd – Sep 19th; Sep 24th – Oct 10th
Shape up as you wake up with Hilary Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am. Her workouts will challenge your body and give you a total body blitz before 8am! Using the bosu, body weight, bands, and cardio blasts she will keep your body guessing and keep weight gain at bay.

If you are needing a quick boost in your workouts, need help getting back on track with your workouts, or want to push yourself to a new limit...these three week program is for you!
