LEARN TO LIFT: Beginners Guide to Strength Training

Intimidated by all those strength machines? Overwhelmed in the dumbbell room?

If you are brand new to fitness or if you have been focusing your fitness efforts on cardio, yoga, or Pilates and are interested in adding some strength training to the mix, let Jess help you find your POWER in what often times feels like the most daunting part of the gym. Don't worry, it's not as scary as it looks and after this series you'll feel like a BOSS.

Meeting once per week this four weeks series will provide you with an entry level strength training plan for the entire month and beyond. We will focus on mastering the basics and understanding strength training theory, leaving you educated, prepared, and confident to navigate this new world on your own!
