Kettlebell Conditioning Series  with Minna

 6:30 p.m. (Intermediate) or 7:30 p.m. (Beginners) Tuesdays, Aug 6th – Aug 27th

This class format uses progressive interval training, where we increase the cycle length as the fitness improves, thus gaining fast results on strength endurance and conditioning.
