Yoga and the 7 Chakras  with Sumukhi

Join Sumukhi (Kristina Lanuza) for an in-depth exploration of the 7 chakras (Power centers) of the body through Hatha Yoga (asana), breathwork (pranayama) and meditation. Learn practical yoga methods to help you energize and rejuvenate each energy center for optimal health, performance and daily balance. Seven sessions (all Saturdays) will cover specific yoga postures, breathwork, mantras and meditations for each chakra.
