From selecting your first race to what to wear we'll go over the basics that will get you to the starting line of your first Triathlon. Bring all your questions, Erin is ready for you!

5:30-7pm Tuesday, June 18th - I AM GOING TO DO A TRIATHLON! NOW WHAT?

Now that you have a race in mind, it's time to start training. Where should I swim? bike? run? How do I get faster? What is T1 and T2? You'll be able to ask any question and get the scoop from an experienced competitive triathlete.

With this workshop you will gain more knowledge on how to make your triathlon plan fit your lifestyle. Get some tips on how to make it all work on a tight schedule. (hint: Brick)
