Each workshop gives you a resource lists and handouts! Erin has over 50 triathlons under her racing belt and 20+ years experience in the fitness industry - let her be your triathlon expert!

5:30-7pm Tuesday, June 4th - I WANT TO DO A TRIATHLON, NOW WHAT?

From selecting your first race to what to wear we'll go over the basics that will get you to the starting line of your first Triathlon. Bring all your questions, Erin is ready for you!

5:30-7pm Tuesday, June 18th - I AM GOING TO DO A TRIATHLON! NOW WHAT?

Now that you have a race in mind, it's time to start training. Where should I swim? bike? run? How do I get faster? What is T1 and T2? You'll be able to ask any question and get the scoop from an experienced competitive triathlete.

5:30-7pm Wednesday, July 3rd - SWIM, BIKE, RUN OH MY!!

With this workshop you will gain more knowledge on how to make your triathlon plan fit your lifestyle. Get some tips on how to make it all work on a tight schedule. (hint: Brick)

Bring ALL of your gear and learn how to transition from swim to bike and bike to run in no time flat. Come prepared for a quick "Brick" workout! Meeting location is at Pease Park.
