Anusara Yoga® Immersion  with Charly Pivert

 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays + Sundays, Mar 30th – Apr 7th; May 4th – May 26th; Jun 1st – Jun 16th
In this Immersion you will learn and practice the Universal Principles of Alignment, the fundamentals of pranayama and meditation, study yogic texts and explore the life-affirming philosophy of Anusara Yoga®. Each day includes a transformative asana, pranayama and meditation practice, lecture and group discussion. This program is appropriate for yogis who are interested in learning and deepening their practice. Completion of an Immersion is a pre-requisite that prepares students for the Anusara Yoga teacher training.

To be eligible for enrollment, 30 hours of Anusara Yoga must be taken with either a Certified or Anusara Inspired teacher. All 3 parts must be completed to earn a document of completion.
