Journey into the Lush Wilderness of Your Creativity with Paula Shames E-RYT500 + Leila Levinson

We live alongside a vast rich world, a world that can infuse us with the joyful electricity of creativity. The way to that world is to leave your habits of stress, negative thoughts, and doubt that erect walls so tall we cannot even imagine what lies on the other side. Join us for an afternoon in a nurturing space where we will weave yoga and writing to open up a new horizon. Here we will find the entrance to the vast rich terrain of our creativity. Bring paper and a writing instrument. No writing experience necessary. Some yoga experience preferred.
