Yoga Wall Basics

By going off the mat and on to the Yoga Wall, you can transform your yoga practice with a new understanding of the possiblities of movement and stability. This workshop will teach you to learn the effective use of the resistance straps and bar for strengthening as well as support for relaxation and therapeutic movements for joint mobility.

Learn the Basics with Dido Nydick, E-RYT500
- Basic Poses: Standing, Seated and Gentle Inversions
- Restorative Poses: Reclining
- Range of Motion: Therapy for Shoulders, Hips & Knees
