Pregnancy is a beautiful and often stressful time. You get to grow a baby plus experience such joys as nausea, back pain, swelling and more. Luckily, prenatal yoga can help! It's a lovely way to commune with your growing child and changing body, prepare yourself for labor and meet other expecting mamas. Join Rhonda, a.k.a. "Uma''s mama," for a 5-week gentle flowing practice designed to strengthen your body, your spirit, and ease the discomforts of pregnancy. Whether an athlete, new to yoga, or already have an existing practice, these classes will increase your prenatal awareness as well as teach you how to modify your movements in a safe and supportive environment.
