Ladies, we are recruiting YOU to get those long and lean muscles in this morning series! Join Jessica and Hilary for a 4 day a week early AM boot camp with style. Sculpting moves + cardio blasts with weight loss tips mixed in the conversation will give you a 3 week transformation. While you needn't a base level of fitness to participate in this series, you do need to be currently injury free. Let Hilary and Jessica help you reach your fitness goal in a motivating yet supportive female only environment! New for this session are weekly fitness tests to see your improvement and prizes along the way for 100% weekly attendance!
