Are you one of those guys who think you can't keep up in a yoga class because you're not "flexible"? In this workshop, learn to use your strength and stability to find more freedom and expansion in your body. You'll surprise yourself with how much confidence you can gain in your yoga practice. Being 'tight' isn't necessarily a bad thing. When you are excessively stable, you can use your own strength to safely lengthen your muscles. Explore how Anusara Yoga's elegant Universal Principles of Alignment can assist you in finding more freedom in your hamstrings, hips and shoulders.
