Learn a highly effective method for improving posture while gaining greater flexibility and apply it to your routine. Release long standing patterns of tension that restrict your movement and add unnecessary pain and restrictions. Perform basic movements to improve balance, breathing and ease of motion in specialized activities such as cycling, Pilates, running and yoga. This 2 hour workshop can help you if: -You suffer from repetitive strain injury or want to prevent injury. -You have a backache, or stiff neck and shoulders. -You become uncomfortable when sitting at your computer for awhile. -You feel you are not performing at your full potential.
