Half MARATHON Training Series

Get trained and ready for the Austin Marathon- Sunday, Feb 15th

If you've ever wanted run a half marathon, you'll need to plan, prepare, train and recovery properly. Let Erin Truslow, a seasoned Triathlete, certified personal trainer, cycling instructor and USA Triathlon and Cycling Coach help you get to that finish line! You will meet with Erin 2 times per month with an optional added workout to get you ready for the Austin Half Marathon on Sunday, February 15th. Learn proper run form, how to hydrate for the race, love your IT bands, tips for Rolling and TP Therapy, track and treadmill workouts, and long run distance maps included.

This Training Series includes:
• 12 week written and supported training program to race distance and run fit levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
• 2x/monthly coached group workouts -Wednesdays at 5:30pm on Nov 19, Dec 3, Jan 14, Jan 28, Feb 11
• Private Facebook group for weekly check-ins, support and motivation

No class meeting on Thanksgiving
