largest and most dynamic areas, your "core" refers to the area between
shoulders and hips. Join Montserrat as she takes you through a new
slim, trim core training workout each week using mats, magic circles,
foam rollers, and other fun Pilates props.
10 a.m. Sundays: Introduction to Pilates Equipment for Beginners This is the perfect PRIMER to get MORE out of your class work. Get
MORE results from your class work after this series. Beginner level
students with healthy bodies are encouraged to join us in this
progressive class format that will utilize mat exercises, the Wunda
Chair, and the Reformer.

Fitness Xtreme is a new program, headed by Tom Krausz, that will

reliable workout routine that always takes it to the red-line. Under Tom's guidance and with the use of Kettlebells, medicine balls,
resistance bands, free weights, plyometrics, powerbars, sprints, and
military calisthenics, you will increase cardio-vascular fitness, muscular strength and agility...all before 8am! This program is intense, and
therefore come with NO injuries and a base level of fitness should be
present before you start the program.
Don't join the masses, be the individual who is in charge of his or her own destiny and waistline! Join Minna in
this high calorie burning workout to keep your waistline in check. Best way to do it is to commit to a program that
keeps you on track!
Each session will include a low impact yet high intensity workout for the core, plus cardio and weights. Dynamic +
challenging at your own level + low impact = high results!
Do you have a road bike but just don't know where to go
outside your neighborhood? Let Jodie show you the
ropes while teaching group riding skills. This 5 week class
series will introduce you to routes around Castle Hill and
new buddies to ride with! Each week will progress to a
more challenging route with terrain ranging from flat
(Shoal Creek loop) to endurance building to the final big
hill (Mt. Bonnell). Each Tuesday we ROLL OUT at 6pm,
bring 2 bottles, electrolyte or fuel snack, wear sunscreen.
We meet at the Castle Hill Cycles shop. A basic
knowledge and experience in riding on the road is
required, clip in shoes a plus, always wear a helmet.
Get your bunz on the barre and get a great
toning, lifting and firming workout for the legs,
derriere, and core! Bunz on the Barre is not a
ballet class, but a combination of strengthening
exercises using the ballet barre. So bring your two
left feet there's no choregraphy here. Just a totally
upLIFTing workout!
Increase your active range of motion, improve recovery and
reduce muscle tightness in this stretching workshop.
Minna will lead you through joint mobility exercises, active,
dynamic, passive and PNF stretching. You will learn the correct,
effective and safe stretching techniques to get results, and
learn modifications you may need to do for improved results.
Besides increased flexibility, stretching can enhance your
physical fitness, increase relaxation, improve kinesthetic
awareness, reduce soreness, and reduce risk of injury to
tendons and joints.
This week-long, full immersion in the Ashtanga yoga
tradition will take students through an in-depth study of
Primary Series. During morning practice sessions,
students will learn how to avoid injuries, connect to the
bandhas when moving in and out of poses, and use the
breath appropriately. In the afternoon, students will begin
to learn the principles of hands-on adjusting. Students
will also be introduced to Second Series and will be
taught the loving-kindness meditation. Participants
should be practicing Primary Series on a regular basis.

This 6 week Anusara Inspired™ Beginner Series will introduce the students to the bio mechanical
principles of the body known as the universal principles of alignment. They will also be introduced to
the the heart-oriented spiritual philosophy of Anusara Yoga as well as the energetic actions, known as
the loops and spirals. This series is perfect for the raw beginner and those who are interested in learning
more about Anusara Yoga. There is no yoga experience necessary and the series is suitable for those
who have injuries.
Mix it up with a fresh indoor workout! This class series combines high
intensity cardio and toning kickboxing moves. Finally, a great way to
get lean and relieve stress! Each class will end with core strength
moves and stretching to promote lean muscle rebuild. All levels are
welcome, intensity is adjusted according to your own level.

series for you. Montserrat will deliver some very focused feedback and fine tuning on the basic
Pilates equipment exercises, sequences, and form. Progress your skills to the next level and get more
individualized attention to deepen your Pilates practice. Experience how Pilates can profoundly
impact ALL your other fitness activities, sports, and posture.

Join fitness duo, Erin Truslow & Adam Reardon, for a progressive
class series focused on partnered exercises and teamwork! Partners
will focus on total body fitness, challenges, trivia, and FUN. Each week the teams will be given a homework assignment that will
take them around town asking them to photograph themselves doing
an exercise in front of a "clue to be solved" using their cell phone. Class will build to an "adventure race" finale using all of the
mental challenges, exercises, strength gains, cardio fitness
procured during class.
