Highlights/Accomplishments: I was introduced to strength training by my grandfather Warren Tetting, who built my first weight bench and taught me the importance of squats and fundamentals when I was 15. I powerlifted in high school and dabbled in Olympic lifting and bodybuilding in college. I started practicing yoga with Jogi Bhagat in 2007 and have since studied with multiple teachers at Castle Hill. In 2010 I completed a 20-hour Pilates certification course with Deborah West. In 2011 I did my first Century bike ride.

This injury changed the way she trains herself and how she approaches her clients' training as well.

Highlights/Accomplishments: After lettering in Baseball, Track and Tennis in high school my focus turned to less organized action sports. Having skied and snowboarded since the age of 8 I naturally fell in love with wakeboarding in 2004 and haven't looked back since. Although serious injuries would make my dreams of the pro tour unattainable I gained priceless knowledge and experience while licking my wounds. Since then I have grown quite fond of mountain biking, trail running, and even qualified for the Tough Mudder national championship in January 2011.
