energizing activities and includes the stretch area, the strength
equipment floor, the free weights section, the cardio area, the
Pilates studio, the Yoga studio, the kickboxing and indoor cycling
room, the swim-in place pools, the indoor climbing space, and the
health food café. Our latest addition is a private 3,000 sq. ft.
outdoor workout area.
Our fitness center also offers a unique
computerized fitness assessment program based on the guidelines
of the American College of Sports Medicine which enables you to
measure your body weight, body fat (calipers), blood pressure, heart
rate, bicep strength, back flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.
Once you've completed your fitness assessment, we can help you design
a specific goal oriented program to direct your workouts. The assessment
takes the guesswork out of driving your fitness routine, and provides
an objective measurement of your success.
After you have completed about 15 to
20 sessions at our Austin
gym, or every three months, we recommend that you book for a re-assessment,
so that we may monitor your improvements in fitness level and adjust
